COVID-19 Vaccines & Other Vaccinations

DOT/CDL & Work Physicals

At Elite Medical Center, we offer DOT/CDL physicals for patients who are required to have them for their job.

A DOT physical is a medical exam that is required by the United States Department of Transportation (DOT) for certain commercial drivers. Drivers who operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) must pass a DOT physical every two years. Our Doctors are DOT certified and can perform the necessary tests to make sure that you are physically able to operate a CMV.

A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) physical is a medical examination required by federal law for drivers of CMVs. In some cases, a CDL can be issued after a DOT examination, but only if the examiner has no reason to believe that the individual presents a safety risk.
